At 8020 Meal Prep, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality meal preparation services and ensuring their satisfaction. We understand that there might be instances where a refund is requested, and we have established the following refund policy to address such situations.

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Customers are eligible for a refund if they experience any of the following issues with their order:
      • Quality: If the meals received are significantly different from the description or do not meet our quality standards.
  • Refund Requests:
    • Customers must submit a refund request within the same day of receiving their meal delivery.
    • Refund requests should be submitted through our customer support email at
    • The request should include the customer’s name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
  • Refund Process:
    • Upon receiving a refund request, our customer support team will review the request and the provided evidence.
    • If the refund request is approved, the customer will receive a refund for the affected portion of their order.
    • The refunds will be processed using our payment gateway “Stripe” and the time it takes to process depends on “Stripe” after we issue the refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Amount:
    • The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the issue. Generally, refunds will be processed for the cost of the affected meals or services.
    • Any discounts, promotions, or credits applied to the order will be allocated accordingly.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Refunds will not be provided for the following situations:
      • Customer’s change of mind or personal preferences.
      • Failure to refrigerate or properly store meals after delivery.
      • Inability to consume meals due to dietary restrictions that were not communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Customers can not cancel their subscription, however we do allow customers to pause their plan at any time, provided they inform us 48 hours prior.
    • Customers who pause their plans can continue their plans provided they inform us 48 hours prior. 
  • Modifications to Orders:
    • Customers can make modifications to their orders (e.g., changing meal preferences, delivery address) up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. No refunds will be provided for modifications made after this deadline.
